There are many many wonderful places to visit on the Island of Mallorca. The following are a few of the places that we use or have visited, trhet we heartily recommend to anyone.
PALMA NOVA MAP
Bars. The two bars that we mostly use in Palma Nova are Hooties and La Cartuja. Marked by red squares on the MAP,
Hooties Has a great crowd of regulars, and always worth a visit. Many of the Pictures in the Gallery section were taken in Hooties.
La Cartuja. Just down the Road from Hotel Palma Nova. Owned By Pepe, one of the friendliest guys in the world. Low prices and Free Tapas. The perfect antidote to Magalluf.
Restaurants. There are many, many good restaurants in the Palma Nova Area. Obviously many “Touristy,” places, but also many different types. Our Favourites as marked on the MAP.
Mira Mar Seafront Restaurant,. Long Terrace. Nice food at excellent prices. We recommend the entrecote Steak.
Taste of India. One of the best tasting Indian Restaurants we’ve found on the Island, and Luckily it’s just round the corner from our house:-)
Churchill’s and Tomeu’s Two restaurants at the Son Caliu end of Town. Similar in that they both offer excellent quality Menus at Great Prices. We tend to use Churchill’s at night, and Tomeu’s for lunch.
